Team Overview

This position will be part of the Business Technology team and is part of the RevOps organization in Wrike who is responsible for system administration and development of Salesforce CRM and CPQ. They also support system integrations of Salesforce with other SaaS tools and other system functions.

Must be ready to work during US working hours 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

  • Provide day-to-day ownership of highly complex and constantly improving Salesforce platform and related Sales systems
  • Demonstrate big-picture and technical thought leadership
  • Be subject matter expert on best practices to architect, configure and/or customize Salesforce and other core GTM systems to support changing business needs
  • Act as a technical owner on large cross-functional system transformation projects
  • Be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, technical decision makers, and other cross-functional business partners
  • Provide hands-on system expertise to application engineers in building appropriate solutions to support business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with strategic business partners to manage prioritization and project backlog
  • Lead, train and mentor application engineering team responsible for designing and building technical solutions within Salesforce to ensure appropriate resource allocation and output
  • Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle in agile environment
  • Manage business relationships and expectations with critical stakeholders by providing advisory support on system features and capabilities
  • Establish proper system version control, sandbox management process and ensure system administration meets company security standards and SOX compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain complete system project governance and architecture documentation

Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience on Salesforce administration and development
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading system administrators, application developers and system analysts in multiple locations
  • 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning 
  • Application lifecycle management experience with Git
  • Salesforce Certifications
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
    • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and build technical solutions in Salesforce and CPQ using standard functionalities, backend development and process automation
  • Detailed understanding of go-to-market processes and systems related to lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close cycle, CPQ, and customer success management
  • Keen aptitude for mapping business requirements into technical solutions and/or translating technical concepts into business terms
  • Experience managing multiple sandbox environments and effectively manage deployments to production environments that meet best practices and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated project management experience with sense of urgency and commitment to deliver optimal results
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and demands in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with different levels in the organization
  • Team player with can do attitude to effectively lead transformational projects
