Ready to become a Wriker?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BI Analyst to join our Data Visualization team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing interactive dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders in GTM department (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other teams). You will be collaborating closely with various teams like Program Management, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering teams, and others.
You'll achieve your best if you have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles
- Proficiency in Tableau or other BI tools
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, databases (we use Google BigQuery) and statistics basics
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, and user experience (UX) design concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent project managements skills, experience leading analytical projects end-to-end is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders, including senior management
You'll stand out with
- Understanding of SaaS company metrics and processes (Bookings, Pipeline, Retention, Conversion, Churn, Lead Management)
- Experience working with customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success) and marketing teams
- Experience working with Salesforce
