About The Team:
Noah Medical is seeking a Sr. Logistics Manager to oversee Logistics Strategy and Operations at our Manufacturing facility locations. This skilled multitasker will be responsible for The Logistics Manager must manage and achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, track shipping times, and arrange Logistics, Overseas and Domestic on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of Logistics Operations.
A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Manager , Logistics :
- Planning, executing, and managing logistics operations
- Planning, executing and managing tariff strategy
- Manage overall logistics/tariff costs for best value maximizing efficiency across the entire supply chain
- Managing and optimizing inventory levels including cycle counts, kitting performance and other related metrics / performance measures
- Planning delivery schedules and routes
- Analyzing logistics costs and developing cost-saving strategies
- Collaborating and negotiating with suppliers and logistics service providers
- Developing and implementing logistics strategies to meet customer requirements
- Analyzing and reporting on logistics operations performance
- Resolving logistics-related issues and developing improvement plans
- Training and mentoring logistics team members
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics including warehouse personnel
- Manage and develop people assigned to Logistics team
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
- Oversee and manage logistics, Overseas and Domestic for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Arrange optimal logistics for customer orders and supply chain management
- Other related duties
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
- 3 plus years of experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics and transportation.
- Experience working with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is required.
- ERP experience is required, preferably within medical device manufacturing
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Data oriented mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
- Data visualization experience is a plus (Looker or PowerBI are preferred).
- APICS CLTD or CSCP preferred.
- Proficiency with international logistics and warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
