About The Team:
The Galaxy Program Team at Noah Medical is the strategic engine driving our company's growth and success. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of the Galaxy Program, this team operates at the intersection of innovation and impact. Collaborative and dynamic, we are dedicated to crafting and executing transformative programs that propel our company forward.
Key Metrics of Success:
As a Galaxy Program Manager, your primary objectives are clear: increase adoption of our technology among healthcare sites and physicians while facilitating patient referrals into our ALL IN Accounts. Your performance will be measured by tangible outcomes that reflect the effectiveness of our initiatives.
A Day In The Life Of Our Galaxy Program Manager:
- Strategic Program Development and Execution:
- Partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives.
- Customize programs in collaboration with Key Account Directors to address the specific needs of individual hospitals.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives to gain insights into their priorities and challenges.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and hospital strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating program initiatives into overarching business strategies.
- Meticulous Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful program implementation.
- Data-Driven Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Training and Support:
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hospital staff.
- Provide ongoing support to address inquiries and challenges during program implementation.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams and management.
