About The Team:
As a member of Noah Medical’s Medical Education team, you will take ownership of independently facilitating physician training programs and building educational activities related to the Galaxy System. In this role, you will collaborate internally with Clinical Engineers, Sales and Marketing to design and deliver first-in-class education programs to external physicians and staff. This candidate has an opportunity to leave an educational imprint on revolutionizing the world of medical robotics in the oncology space.
This is an exempt position based with a minimum of 50% travel. Ideal candidate location is in the Bay Area that can work out of the Sunnyvale, CA office (Hybrid). Candidate is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Medical Education.
A Day In The Life Of Our Medical Education Manager:
- Teach Galaxy System robotic technology training and applications like radiographic C-Arm, suction and other surgical tool to physicians, staff and internal team members
- Lead education programs centered around adult-learning principles that are delivered in either a LIVE or virtual learning environment
- Partner with sales training to conduct clinical education
- Design and build training content used in these education programs
- Confidence in preparing and setting-up cadaveric specimen, or lung models in a training lab environment

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or Education
- 8+ years in medical device, biotechnical, pharmaceutical or healthcare
- 5+ years in clinical education or clinical specialist or training and/or learning & development positions
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a positive, highly motivated attitude

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
