The Accounts Payable Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to take a position in a fast-paced agency.

The primary function of this role is to ensure that the whole payment process is accurately completed in a timely manner, in accordance with all our company and statutory requirements.

The role focusses on the input and payment of invoices, month end reconciliations and reconciling monthly supplier statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for weekly expense review, submission and payment – ensuring that receipts, authorisations and narratives are in line with company policy. They will also be managing new supplier set processes – ensuring that all new suppliers complete all required forms in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls.


So, what are we looking for?

We are looking for a someone with strong organisation skills and attention to detail, proactive and action oriented and who has a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential, with an organised and ‘customer’ focus attitude.
