Your Focus
We are looking for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our Financial Management team supporting our CFO (and cofounder!).  In this role, you will play a key role in managing, updating, and improving the detailed revenue and expense models that are foundational to the analyses and decisions that impact our ability to achieve near terms goals while setting ourselves up for success in the futureWe'll manage nearly $1.5B in combined revenue and expense transactions this year, and need someone with strong partnering capabilities to ensure our team is informed, at all times, and on a path to making rapid and effective business decisions.  You will also regularly support the team with ad hoc and strategic initiatives that influence the success of the business.
Candidates are required to be highly analytical and very effective communicators with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using analysis to influence decision-making, and be able to successfully articulate insights and outcomes to executives and peers. We're looking for people who are insanely focused, insatiably curious, and full of empathy.
  • 4-year degree from a university with strong academic performance in a related subject (finance, economics, management)
  • 2+ years in finance and strategy, accounting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in quantitative analyses and presentation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience with Anaplan is a plus
