Who We Are
We are a dynamic team of technology finance professionals with backgrounds from investment banking to accounting who enjoy solving the business challenges that come with rapid scaling. Our goal is to grow Box as fast as possible. Our role is to drive performance and inform decisions by providing data, analysis, context and connection between functions and across levels.
Why Box Needs You
The Corporate Finance and Strategy team plays an active role in aligning resources in the short-term to achieve our publicly stated goals and to surface and drive decisions that will shape the company's future. We work closely with executives across the company to ensure maximum alignment between financial resourcing and company strategy and are looking for a motivated team player to help us execute our mission to maximize growth and profitability.
We are looking for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our Financial Management team supporting our CFO (and cofounder!). In this role, you will play a key role in managing, updating, and improving the detailed revenue and expense models that are foundational to the analyses and decisions that impact our ability to achieve near terms goals while setting ourselves up for success in the future. We'll manage nearly $1.5B in combined revenue and expense transactions this year, and need someone with strong partnering capabilities to ensure our team is informed, at all times, and on a path to making rapid and effective business decisions. You will also regularly support the team with ad hoc and strategic initiatives that influence the success of the business.
Candidates are required to be highly analytical and very effective communicators with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using analysis to influence decision-making, and be able to successfully articulate insights and outcomes to executives and peers. We're looking for people who are insanely focused, insatiably curious, and full of empathy.
