About the Role:

Wrike is seeking exceptional candidates for a lead role within its Customer Success Analytics team. This is a global team, providing cross-functional support and data-driven guidance around Customer Success & Professional Services organisation. You will be responsible for building a data driven culture by leading and training analysts; partnering with sales, product, marketing and engineering teams to drive insights throughout experiments and analyses of Wrike’s customer base.

The role responsibilities include driving change management implementations based on those findings, defining key business metrics, and supporting the management team with the reporting and analyses results required to make crucial business decisions.


  • Analyze data and deliver business insights regarding what should the company do differently

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to improve data integrity

  • Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.

  • Leading Customer Success Analytics Team, being able to prioritise and execute independently

  • Build, interpret, and present key metrics reports and dashboards for senior management

  • Extract data, build internal data sources, and integrate different SaaS solutions

  • Take the lead in establishing new processes as needs arise and the business and product grows

  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.

  • Maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively impacting CS leadership’s ability to adjust strategy and tactics

  • Work with senior leadership to evaluate current processes. Interact directly with CS reps, managers, and corporate leaders to create a feedback loop for constant improvement

  • Organize data consolidation and improvement of reporting practices

  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements

  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs

About You :

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Natural Sciences or similar

  • 2+ years in people management

  • 4+ years experience in a relevant position (analytics, customer-facing)

  • Good knowledge of statistics basics, SQL & databases (we use PostgreSQL), Salesforce; knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce is a strong plus

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and process management skills

  • A tendency to think about overall business value rather than numbers and charts

  • Communicative and friendly; a strong team player ready to learn.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise independently

  • Strong data management, Excel, and analytical skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications

  • Excellent English
