SEO Manager

Ready to become a Wriker?

Wrike is seeking a new SEO Manager who has an interest in driving organic growth and traffic through best practices of search engine optimization. You will be part of day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis and optimization. This position does not involve managing people but rather focusing on the strategic implementation and execution of SEO efforts. How You’ll make an impact 

• Collaborate closely with our content and marketing operations teams.
• Engage with multiple teams to perform a comprehensive analysis of our site against the competitive landscape, and guide tests to improve our web entities and content.
• Execute SEO strategies such as content optimization, evaluation of backlink tactics, execution of on-page optimizations, and conversion rate optimization among others.
• Analyze large data sets and perform keyword research to discover brand new opportunities and enhance our current strategies.
• Execute improvements across both technical and content projects to boost our search engine rankings.
• Monitor and track results to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO efforts and present findings to team leadership.

You’ll achieve your best if you have: 

• 4+ years' of SEO experience and a genuine interest in learning more about this field.
• Be self-motivated and capable of thinking both creatively and strategically.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.
• Be able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and succinctly.
• Be capable of effectively communicating across multiple teams.
• Be familiar with basic SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.), Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Have a good understanding of how search engines work.
• Have experience working with Google Workspace.
• Have experience in creating various content briefs.
• Be fluent or be able to converse confidently in English.

You’ll stand out with: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of referral, direct, and organic traffic channel behavior.
• Understanding of customer journey optimization techniques.
• Project management skills.
