The role of the Wrike marketing team is to identify people, teams, and companies interested in work management solutions and generate demand by tens of channels and hundreds of campaigns.
We're looking for a data scientist who can help us enhance and improve digital marketing efforts in the key directions such as evaluation and optimization of sophisticated data-driven tactics for our SEM/SEO strategy, efficiency measurement, multi-touch attribution and a lot of other compelling tasks requiring the best analytic mind.
In particular, we expect from the professional on this position to:
  • Develop and support realtime ML services to optimize our digital marketing performance
  • Create data sources, ETLs
  • Provide daily analytic support for digital marketing teams (including running A/B tests, mapping conversion paths, etc.)
  • Build BI reports and visualize data for marketing stakeholders
  • Automate reporting with Google API (measurement protocol, Adwords API, etc.)
  • Present digital marketing performance results to team leads and the exec crew
Project examples:
  • Develop and implement a data-intensive machine learning software for real-time auctioning
  • Build initial lookalike model top launch a new digital campaign, monitor its daily performance, run A/B testing
  • Create a connector to exchange data with an external ad tool
About You:
  • You have good knowledge of SQL & databases (we use PostgreSQL and BigQuery)
  • Python experience with data processing, visualization and machine learning libraries (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, sklearn, xgboost etc)
  • Strong mathematical background (statistics, probability theory)
  • Understanding of machine learning methods, their use cases, advantages, and downsides
  • Good knowledge of digital advertisement mechanics and metrics
  • Experience in BI systems (Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Upper-intermediate or fluent English (frequent syncs with offices around the world)
  • You are communicative and friendly and can explain complex algorithms to non-specialists
