The Sales Process Manager will play a critical role in managing activities for winning global opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals, and coordinating with various departments to support our sales efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage activities to secure large and global opportunities and report on opportunity status to senior management. 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments. 
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Senior Management on services and process improvements and coordinate on timelines and quality of sales enablement materials, including battle cards, competitive analysis, RFI databases, company presentations, and product sheets. 
  • Maintain a 360-degree overview of the top 40 accounts by collaborating with customer-facing departments and Business Intelligence. 
  • Facilitate non-standard solution requests to meet specific client needs. 
  • Provide basic tech-presales support to entities requiring assistance. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales process management or a similar role. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Basic technical knowledge to support presales activities.
