Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects independently, balancing priorities from initiation to closure.
Mentor and support team members' professional development, creating opportunities for growth and advancement.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Dutch and English.
Identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards, such as Prince2 and Agile/Scrum.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Report project progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an international environment.
Certifications in Prince2 and Agile/Scrum are preferred; knowledge of process management methodologies like Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Language Skills: Native-level Dutch and proficient English skills. French is desirable.
