Business Process Owner Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

What is the role about?

In this role, you will be a key member of our BPO team, which is segmented into 4 streams:  Q2C, S2R, SCM and F2R. As a Business Process Owner for Q2C, you will oversee the complete Quote-to-Cash process across all global sales organizations. You will work closely with other BPOs, key users, and senior management to make sure the quote-to-cash process supports our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete quote-to-cash process across all global sales organizations.
  • Collaborate with other key users, other business process owners and senior management to ensure the quote-to-cash process aligns with our overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap and ensure successful implementation.
  • Establish and monitor PPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the quote-to-cash process.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and implement necessary controls.
  • Develop and deliver training to key users on the quote-to-cash process using the ‘train the trainer’ principle.

  • 5+ years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of SAP SD and Q2C processes.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and the challenges of managing global operations.
  • Experience in C4C, CPQ and SAP Commerce.
  • Experience with Variant Configuration (LOVC)
  • Relevant experience in billing and contract management
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and social skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of inter/cross-company sales processes and configurations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership.
