As a Sales Manager at Leaseweb, you will drive Leaseweb's future growth engine by working with the Account Managers and Business Development managers team to develop Leaseweb’s client portfolio. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach the team, helping them deliver on ambitious targets and roll up your sleeves to work directly with the team. 

We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success in creating and developing high-performing teams.  

What is the role about? 

This position is characterized by independence, freedom of action, drive and a sense of responsibility, naturally alongside a commercial focus. You will be responsible to:

  • Develop both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations. 
  • Collaborate with and empower the team to execute the global business development strategy 
  • Train AMs / BDMs, provide advice on deal closing strategy, effective probing and objection-handling techniques, etc. Inspire, motivate and enable individual development to promote career growth of direct report 
  • Identify and understand the customers’ business needs and translate them to Leaseweb offerings
  • Work closely with Senior Management to define and/or understand strategic initiatives; ensure objectives are met
  • Provide motivational leadership to the team and coach team members to improve sales productivity and performance

Who are you? 

  • 5+ years of experience in an international Sales Management function or similar, or proven to be an outperformer in a sales role 
  • Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team. 
  • Keen on market knowledge/ information to drive the team’s performance 
  • A strong network and experience in the IAAS or Tech industry.  
  • Excellent English, and strong communication skills.  
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong organizational and commercial skills.
