At HoYoverse, we are committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world. In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

What You Will Do:
- Assist the department in collecting and cleaning up information related to creator signing, verifying the accuracy of the information
- Assist the department in placing orders for game version content and collecting manuscripts, issuing and collecting invoices
- Responsible for handling information related to creator payments in the department, including but not limited to order submission, payments, and organizing and archiving
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate student who is able to work full-time for 5 days a week, for a period of at least 6 months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
- Proficient in computer operations and Office software, with strong Word/Excel data processing skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, meticulousness, and good communication and coordination skills
- Passionate about games, especially all HoYoverse games and, familiar with the gaming creator community
