What You Will Do:

  • Formulate the general strategy for Global Game Operation team, setting relevant goals and achieving them as a team.
  • Integrate version content, operation event, game communities, market promotion information according to product publishing milestones, and coordinate with various departments to optimize the game operation.
  • Summarize and manage the business needs, while ensuring that each specific needs and optimization contents are under implementation.
  • Provide with optimization solutions by analyzing game data, and continuously improve the version quality and operations.
  • Optimize the execution process of various departments, formulate standards and improve the management tools to improve team efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 5 years’ experience in game industry or more than 3 years’ experience in game operations are preferred.
  • Have experience of publishing overseas products, experiencing the whole process of launch and iteration at least one game. Having in-depth understanding of European/American or Japanese market is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis ability, good at spotting out problems.
  • Extensive gaming experiences, familiar with the characteristics of various game players. Strong interest in ACG is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Japanese (can be used as work languages) is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, responsible, having the ability of outstanding organizational planning.
