What You Will Do:

  • Formulate the priority and growth focus of platforms and regions based on the comprehensive evaluation of competitive product analysis, project operation status, market potential, data analysis, etc.
  • Formulate social media growth goals, and work closely with social media and player operations teams to assist and promote the achievement of goals
  • Set periodic goals for social media and player teams, promote different regions and different business teams, and strive for platform resources for different teams through good communication skills
  • Generate the periodic growth reports, including but not limited to weekly reports, monthly reports, and version reports
  • Analyze social media and self-owned platform data, gain insight into problems and target user preferences, output optimization strategies, and improve platform conversion rate and exposure value
  • Work closely with the web product and development teams to advance and improve the infrastructure of activities such as fission, and improve the efficiency of growth activities. Optimize various activity indicators through web technology, and improve the conversion rate under the premise of equal stage exposure

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of working experience on operation, management, and strategic planningin in one or more international social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  • Relevant work experience in data analysis preferred
  • Have in-depth understanding of game project goals, and output effective growth strategies of various social media platform teams to achieve publicity and distribution purposes, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Discord and other platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the popular trends of international social media and be able to follow the hot spots and growth trends
  • Familiarity with various international social media platforms SEO, recommendation algorithms, platform resources, and key indicators
  • Familiarity with event web design and production process
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
