職務内容:

  1. プレイヤー体験を優先したゲームコミュニティの短期・中長期的な戦略を策定し、プレイヤーのエンゲージメントとリテンション効果を向上させるためのアクションを計画する。
  2. 上海本社と共同で日本におけるソーシャルメディアとコンテンツリリーススケジュールを管理し、相互のコラボレーションなど一貫したグローバルコミュニティ体験を創出する。
  3. 日本のコミュニティグループを管理し、より良いオピニオンリーダー、ファン、モデレータ、クリエイターなどを発掘、育成、関係構築する。
  4. 炎上リスクを管理し、より効果的なリスクヘッジのプロセスを構築する。
  5. モデレーターチームとも協力し、健全なコミュニティ環境を提供・維持できるようにサポートを行う。
  6. コミュニティ内にて、潜在的な炎上リスクを予測し、本部及びプロジェクトチームとコミュニケーションをとり、迅速に対応する。
  7. チームメンバーのマネジメントを通じて、個々を育成し、チーム力を高めるとともに優秀な人材の採用をすることで、より強固なローカルチームを構築する。

求める人材:

  1. グローバル展開している大規模なゲームコミュニティの管理、パブリッシング、またはSNSマーケティング経験(いずれか7年以上)。
  2. 日本のコミュニティ文化への深い理解と運営経験、主要なSNSのメカニズム・アルゴリズムを理解し、ユーザー属性を把握している方。
  3. 多くのベンダーとやりとりをし、それぞれのプロジェクトに適したリソースを提案した経験。
  4. 開発チームの意図や要求を理解し、かつ常に業界のトレンドにアンテナを張り、チームに適切な情報を提供できる方。
  5. ゲームメディア、SNSなどでのライティング経験を持っている方。
  6. CMS、ウェブサイト作成、SEO、イベント運営の経験があり、問題提起、解決できる方。
  7. 美術作品・技術への基本的な理解、またアジャイルプロジェクトの管理経験。
  8. ビジネスレベル以上の中国語または英語。

What You Will Do:

  • Develop short-term and long-term strategies for a game community, prioritizing player experience, and plan actions to enhance player engagement and retention.
  • Manage social media and content release schedules in Japan in collaboration with the Shanghai headquarters, creating a consistent global community experience through collaboration.
  • Manage community groups in Japan and identify, nurture, and build relationships with influential opinion leaders, fans, moderators, and creators.
  • Manage the risk of controversies and establish effective risk mitigation processes.
  • Collaborate with the moderator team to support and maintain a healthy community environment.
  • Anticipate potential controversies within the community, communicate with the headquarters and project teams, and respond promptly.
  • Build a strong local team by fostering individual growth and enhancing team capabilities through team member management and recruiting talented individuals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in managing, publishing, or marketing for a large-scale game community with a global presence (minimum of 7 years in any of these areas).
  • Deep understanding of Japanese community culture, operational experience, and knowledge of major social media mechanisms and algorithms, with an understanding of user demographics.
  • Experience in coordinating with various vendors and proposing suitable resources for each project.
  • Understanding of development team intentions and requirements, staying updated on industry trends, and providing relevant information to the team.
  • Experience in writing for game media, social media, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in CMS, website creation, SEO, and event management, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Basic understanding of art and technology, as well as experience in managing agile projects.
  • Business-level proficiency in Chinese or English.
