Responsibilities for Merchandiser
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies & products by utilizing the HoYoverse IPs.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock by season or its concept.
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
- Forecast profits/sales and set prices for each products.
- Liaise with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors.
- Products importing process management.
- Plan and develop exclusive products for collaboration.
Qualifications for Merchandiser
- Over 5 years of experience working in retail or merchandising.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding performances with.
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Loves to play video games; enthusiasm in anime is preferred.
Plus
- Previous experience in importing & exporting process with Japan & China.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Chinese or Japanese.
- Previous experience from the planning, producing and sales.
- Previous sourcing or producing experience by utilizing oversee manufacturing company.

자격요건
- 관련 업무 경력 5년 이상 보유하신 분
- 기획/ 개발한 상품을 통해 좋은 고객 반응과 매출 성과를 이뤄낸 경험이 있으신 분
- 상품 재고, 매출 관리 경험이 있으신 분
- 고객 니즈에 부합한 아이디어 상품을 제작할 수 있는 감각이 있으신 분
- 우수한 대 내/외 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
- 게임을 좋아하며 특히 서브컬쳐에 대해 이해도가 깊으신 분
우대사항
- 일본, 중국 수입 수출 경험이 있으신 분
- 중국어 혹은 영어로 비즈니스커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분
- 상품 기획부터 개발, 생산, 판매까지 모든 프로세스를 경험해보신 분
- 해외 제조사를 통해 제품을 소싱하거나 제작해본 경험이 있으신 분
