At HoYoverse, we are committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world. In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

What You Will Do: 

  • Devise social strategies, build a social media calendar, and manage content publishing across platforms.
  • Design social campaigns by employing various marketing strategies.
  • Work with content developers to generate social content that will facilitate communication.
  • Seek, build, and maintain relationships with regional content creators, community leaders, and advocates.
  • Provide informative feedback on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Use a data-informed approach to improve critical metrics of the community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in community, marketing, advertising, or a related role in the game industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with major social media channels.
  • Native speaker of any of the following languages: Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian to effectively communicate with local users on social media.
