What You Will Do:

  • Manage CRM content strategies for the international market. Produce lP-related gamer journeys for CRM channels (emails, sms, push etc;) and follow up on the implementation and iteration to maximize user retention and engagement in corresponding game projects.
  • Undertake marketing campaigns on CRM channels. Support stakeholders' marketing strategies when needed.
  • Follow lead management best practices, and be responsible for the total subscriber maintenance. Cooperate with the data compliance team to follow data privacy norms.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM practices, especially content strategies, template innovations, and chatbot designs. Dedicate to expanding the accurate coverage of personalized content in all projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in CRM.
  • Familiar with HTML and user journey design, and have independently followed up implementation of user journeys on email and other CRM channels.
  • Have a good knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices. Excel in campaign execution, and capable of multitasking.
  • Fluent in English, passionate about the game industry, and familiar with overseas gaming markets. Having played HoYoverse games will be a plus.
  • A bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or international business is preferred
