Your Impact
Axon is seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning and Development Sales Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and streamlining our sales onboarding and training programs. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in learning and development, with direct exposure to global sales enablement and collaboration across People Ops and IT teams. If you’re passionate about enhancing learning experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global team, this position will offer growth pathways in instructional design, coaching, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid from one of our hubs (Scottsdale, Seattle, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, or Denver)
Reports to: Senior Director, Learning & Development
- Project Management & Coordination: Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new sales-enablement platform.
- Training Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule onboarding and ongoing training sessions for sales team members, communicating with sales teammates and partners. Adjust and reschedule sessions as needed to accommodate the needs of a dynamic sales team.
- Collaboration with People Ops: Partner with the People Operations & IT teams to ensure all new hires are equipped with the necessary tools and software access prior to their start date.
- Sales Scheduling Management: Work closely with the Sales L&D team to ensure the seamless delivery of training programs. Communicate with relevant stakeholders about any rescheduling or adjustments to training sessions. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and adjustments.
- Learning Experience Tracking: Use Workday and Allego to monitor the completion of onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance and engagement across the sales team.
- Material Maintenance: Regularly review and update sales onboarding and training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Training Content Curation: Curate and manage content for use in sales training and coaching sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Administrative Updates & Communications: Own the updates to new hire trackers and routine onboarding tasks for smooth operation and progress of new hire development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of administrative or project management experience, preferably in customer service, sales operations, L&D, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage scheduling, project timelines, and multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday), and other learning technologies
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, such as Allego, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity software.
- An eagerness to grow within the Learning and Development field, with a commitment to our values of continuous improvement and collaboration.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
