Your Impact:
As Director - Channel & Distributors Programs, you will collaborate with the Global Sales Programs & Partnerships team to empower channels and distributors to sell Axon’s products and services to the largest law enforcement agencies. You’ll be responsible for clearly communicating our framework and value propositions, building strong cross-functional relationships, navigating customer procurement processes, and addressing commercial challenges to help achieve sales and revenue targets.
In this role, you'll focus on delivering value to end customers, driving business growth for both partners and Axon by maintaining a partner-centric approach. You will advocate for partners within Axon and ensure that Axon is well-represented within their organisations.
This position is distinct in its emphasis on creating and executing joint "sell-with" strategies with partners, ensuring that growth objectives are defined, tracked, and met or exceeded.
What You'll Do:
- Expand and strengthen relationships with current and new channels & distributors
- Lead engagements with both technical and sales partners
- Manage a channel & distributor portal
- Develop strategic partner growth plans, enabling partners to build Axon solutions for public sector clients, boosting revenue for Axon
- Equip partners with a clear understanding of Axon’s value proposition and provide access to technical resources for up-to-date product and partner information
- Strategically prioritize markets where channels & distributors align best within the global framework
- Drive the development and evolution of the global framework
- Collaborate with marketing, corporate development, and direct sales teams to empower channel and distributor sales
- Work closely with sales to structure deals and develop strategies

- Proven track record of driving innovation and growth through partner ecosystems
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse, cross-functional audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both internally and externally
- Enjoyment in building relationships across various stakeholder groups; a team player who contributes to the success of others
- Passion for technology and its ability to solve real-world challenges
- Ability to influence without authority
- Strategic mindset with a strong execution focus
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics reporting, and Excel modeling to analyze customer contract data
- Ability to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and translate strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes
