Your Impact
Join us as our Employee Experience & Office Manager and be part of a team making #nextplay moves in Axon’s new East Coast hub, right in the heart of Boston's iconic Back Bay! As the ultimate go-to person, you’ll keep our 25,000 sq ft of space (with room to grow) humming along smoothly for our crew of 100+. You’ll be at the heart of creating an environment that’s efficient, engaging, and undeniably Axon—where our mission to Protect Life is felt in every detail, from daily operations to the vibrant culture that fuels our team’s impact.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite in Boston, MA
Reports to: Employee Experience Program Manager
- Supply the Squad – Make sure the team is always stocked and ready, from office essentials to snacks for our post-hustle breaks. You’ll have a hand in keeping the energy high and supplies on point!
- Event Extraordinaire – From legendary office events to team huddles, you’ll bring the fun to life as our Boston “Culture Captain,” connecting our people and celebrating milestones.
- Onboarding Dynamo – Be the welcoming face for new team members, ensuring they feel at home as soon as they step through the doors at 131 Dartmouth St.
- Keep It Compliant – Partner with HR to make sure we’re following Axon’s standards and maintaining a safe, secure, and spirited environment for all.
- Budget Champion – Oversee the office budget like a pro, ensuring timely and accurate reporting that keeps us on track.
- Collaborate and Connect – Work with cross-functional teams to align Boston office culture with Axon’s goals and values, always ready for the next big thing.
- Vendor & Property Relations Specialist – Forge and maintain top-notch relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers, handling contract and price negotiations like a pro to keep our space thriving!
What You Bring
- Proven experience (3+ yrs) in Office Management or a similar role, where you wore multiple hats and delivered results.
- A deep passion for creating an epic workplace culture that aligns with Axon's mission and values.
- Savvy with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with standard office machinery (yes, we’re looking at you, fax machines!).
- Exceptional organizational skills; you’re a master at multitasking and keeping things running smoothly, even when things get hectic.
- A knack for solving problems, big or small, and an eye for the details that make all the difference.
- Strong communication skills—whether written, spoken, or even meme-based.
- A creative mindset, always ready to suggest improvements that make the office experience one to remember.
- Experience in planning events, big or small, that leave a lasting impression.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 45,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 72,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
