En tant que responsable commercial, vous serez chargé de développer les ventes et l'adoption de l'écosystème Axon dans le but de devenir le principal fournisseur de technologie pour le secteur de la sécurité publique afin d'aider nos clients à protéger la vie et la vérité. Pour atteindre cet objectif, vous travaillerez avec nos distributeurs locaux et les autres membres de l'équipe d'Axon France pour soutenir ces efforts. Axon recherche des professionnels capables de travailler au niveau tactique et de favoriser l'adoption de ses technologies grâce à la persévérance et à l'exécution.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez être capable d'établir une relation instantanée et d'obtenir la satisfaction du client. Un responsable de compte de haut niveau doit également être très compétitif et savoir écouter.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Apprenez l’écosystème de solutions Axon et soyez capable d'exprimer la valeur des produits et services Axon d'une manière efficace qui trouve un écho auprès de nos clients.
  • Identifier les opportunités clés et générer un pipeline fiable d'au moins 3 fois l’objectif pour le marché des polices municipales et les marchés adjacents tels que les sapeurs-pompiers tout au long des 12 premiers mois.
  • Lancer au moins 3 tests & évaluations avec de nouvelles opportunités dans les deux trimestres suivant votre arrivée dans l'équipe.
  • Maintenir le statut complet des opportunités dans Salesforce de manière précise et régulière.
  • Anticiper, gérer et superviser les réponses aux appels d’offres en collaboration avec nos distributeurs et notre équipe en charge des réponses aux appels d’offres.
  • Suivi de toutes les demandes soumises via notre système en ligne et nos distributeurs.
  • Préparation de lettres, rapports, devis, offres formelles et autres informations diverses pour le développement commercial.
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et identifier les opportunités de vente.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients potentiels et envoyer des informations complémentaires par email.
  • Créer et maintenir une base de données de clients actuels et potentiels dans un système CRM.
  • Expliquer et démontrer les caractéristiques des produits et services.
  • Rester informé des produits et services concurrents.
  • Vente incitative de produits et services.
  • Rechercher et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités, des nouveaux clients.
  • Conclure les ventes et atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Participer à des conférences/salons professionnels régionaux selon les besoins.
  • Disponibilité à se déplacer 50% du temps.

As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with driving sales and adoption of the Axon ecosystem with the objective of becoming the dominant technology provider for the Public Safety sector in the region to help our customers protect life and truth. To accomplish this objective, you will be responsible for working with our local distributors and other members of Axon France team to support these efforts. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive industry adoption through persistence and execution.

To be successful in this role you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Account Executive should also be very competitive and a good listener.


What You'll Do

  • Learn the Axon product suite and be able to articulate the value of the Axon products and services in a meaningful way that resonates with our customers.
  • Identify key opportunities and produce a verified pipeline of at least 3x established quota in Municipal public safety agencies and adjacent markets such as Firefighters throughout the first 12 months.
  • Initiate at least 3 trial and evaluations with new opportunities within two quarters of joining the team
  • Maintain complete status of opportunities in Salesforce in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage and oversee responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) for customers in conjunction with our distributors and our Proposals team.
  • Follow-up on all sales inquiries submitted through our online system and our distributors
  • Preparation of letters, reports, quotes, formal bids, and other miscellaneous information for business development
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers in a CRM system.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in regional conferences/trade shows as needed.
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time.
