Your Impact

As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for client management and full-life cycle recruitment efforts targeting Research & Development candidates who align with our mission. You will be responsible for data interpretation, regular client reporting and consultation, guiding candidates and hiring teams through our hiring processes, and helping to attract and hire the best talent. You are focused and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to partner effectively with R&D leaders, hiring managers, candidates, peers, and executives.

An ideal person for this role has a track record of making data-driven decisions, using data to influence hiring strategies, creating and executing relevant and proactive hiring strategies, and is someone who can drive full life cycle recruiting with top technical talent. What You’ll Do

Location: Kassel, Germany
Reports to: EMEA Manager, R&D Recruiting

  • Build and maintain embedded relationships with internal R&D client teams and leaders in Germany
  • Deliver monthly recruiting metrics, insights, and consultation on client hiring progress and trends
  • Delivery monthly recruiting metrics and insights on client hiring progress and trends
  • Leverage data to design timely sourcing and hiring strategies that deliver talent aligned to customer commitments
  • Identify and report on trends and recruitment metrics to influence and provide real-time consultation on internal client hiring needs and future TA programs and tools.
  • Enable peer recruiters to deliver hires based on internal client road maps, goals, and hiring goals
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
  • Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (Axon’s applicant tracking system) and other creative sourcing techniques to identify candidates and create a robust pipeline.
  • Create a positive candidate experience; reinforce exceptional standards and provide timely feedback and follow up status for both internal/external candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Develop and cultivate rapport with hiring business leaders, talent acquisition, People Ops and peers; understand business objectives and translate these to talent needs and candidate profiles.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter; combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
  • 1-2 years experience reporting hiring progress and desired outcomes for leaders aligned to organizations of 50-150
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong technical candidate talent pipelines
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
  • Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate to drive results and create impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers
  • Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills
