Your Impact
Join Axon as a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish-English) and expand your career within our fast-paced and rapidly growing global company. You will be supporting projects and leaders across our COO organization (Finance, IT, Commercial Operations) with particular attention dedicated to Global Operations. You will be located within our manufacturing facility in North Phoenix (about a 15 minute drive from our Headquarters office).

What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Reports to: Senior Manager, People Operations
- Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives.
- Provide front line support to managers and leaders in a variety of ways, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives
- Complete project-specific tasks across the COO organization (including but not limited to organizational health reports, after-action reviews, background materials for executive reviews, ad hoc compensation analyses)
- In partnership with HR specialists, HR Business Partner, and business stakeholders, you will help build out and refine on-site support model for Global Operations manufacturing sites
- Act as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generating reports with a high level of data integrity.
- Provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes which enhance the employee experience.
- Where needed, support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews.
- Understand and support compliance, legal, guidelines and policies.
What You Bring
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish is required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong analytics, familiarity with data analysis; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience a plus
- Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, self-starter, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 76,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 114,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
