As an Account Executive focused on Europe, you will be tasked with driving sales and adoption of Real Time Awareness products in the Axon ecosystem with the objective of becoming the dominant technology provider for the Public Safety sector in the region to help our customers protect life and truth. To accomplish this objective, you will be responsible for working with Regional Managers and other members of our Sales teams across Europe and the Globe to support these efforts. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive industry adoption through persistence and execution.
To be successful in this role you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Account Executive should also be very competitive and a good listener.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the company and its product at physical meets and end user demonstrations
- Act as single point of contact for our current end users / distributors commercial requests and set up / populate our CRM tool.
- Take over the complete distributor selection process and extend the current geographical coverage of Sky-Hero’s network, support Sky-Hero’s distributors’ events
- Coordinate with the marketing department in the organization of the international tradeshows where Sky-Hero has active representation
- Set up an active search for relevant RFP/RFI
- Collect end user feedback, structure it and maintain records. Exchange with the R&D department over improvements and new product developments
- Participate in manual testing efforts and help with the creation of end user manuals and ‘how-to’ videos
- Represent Sky-Hero/Axon and its products
- Work from our offices in international offices (or partial teleworking), with an enthusiasm about frequent travels (min. 4 days every 2 weeks).
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling complex, strategic multi-year agreements (selling to office of IT a plus)
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to talk appropriately to crowds of police and military
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set up and document an efficient commercial flow
- Strong interest in public safety and high tech products
- Positivity, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, autonomous working, customer-orientation and adaptability
- Rigor and precision in the execution of all tasks related to commercial flow. Holding customer satisfaction and service as highest priority.
- Capability to work with agility, under pressure, with tight deadline in an ever changing environment
- Proactive thinking and open-minded discussions with all the stakeholders of the project
- Not being afraid to be out of the comfort zone, and be ready to learn new technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Spanish and English proficiency required, any other languages are a plus
- Driving license
