Your Impact
As a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue management solutions utilizing the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform. Your primary focus will be to understand end-to-end business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and lead a team of developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales, finance, and IT teams, to align business objectives with technical solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Solution Design: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and design comprehensive revenue management solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. This includes CPQ, order management, contract/asset management, and billing functionalities to meet specific requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and consultants in implementing Revenue Cloud solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery within project timelines.
- System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Revenue Cloud with existing systems such as CRM, ERP (Dynamics365), revenue recognition (RevStream) and billing systems. Design and implement data integration and migrations strategies to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud to align with Axon-specific business processes and requirements. Customize the platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed to extend functionality.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders including sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Best Practices and Optimization: Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud best practices and industry trends. Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of existing solutions to drive business value.
- Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides as necessary. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Revenue Cloud functionality and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Revenue Cloud solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability. Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any issues and ensure a smooth deployment process.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on Revenue Cloud (formerly Salesforce CPQ and Billing).
- Strong understanding of revenue management processes, including pricing, quoting, contracting, and billing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 112,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 168,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
