Wrike is growing its Finance & Strategy function, and we are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who will work closely with our Director, FP&A and CFO to enable data-driven decisions and cross-functional finance business partnership.

You excel at juggling multiple priorities and consistently go above and beyond.
This position will be based in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX and will report directly to the Director, FP&A and work closely day to day with the CFO.
This role will play an integral part in Wrike’s success. You will:
Take ownership of the company’s ARR/MRR forecasting model
Act as primary Finance Business Partner (FBP) to marketing leadership on planning, forecasting and variance/trending analysis
Forecast cash flow based on bookings, spend and various sensitivity inputs
Collaborate closely with other FBPs, sales operations and functional leaders for regional sales and marketing efficiency analysis and monthly reviews
Create analyses that facilitate clear and timely decision making, actively mining data from multiple sources to predict short-term and long-term trends
Apply an analytical approach to support strategic decisions, including projects on unit economics, functional efficiencies, LTV / ROI of marketing efforts and other data-driven analysis
Provide support to CFO on ad-hoc projects to answer various business questions and test hypotheses
Partner with Accounting to research and explain actual variances to budget
Take on various initiatives and challenges as they arise
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of relevant experience, including in prior FP&A roles and roles requiring rigorous financial modeling (e.g. investment banking, private equity, VC-investing, finance at high-growth SaaS companies)
Strong understanding of recurring revenue (ARR/MRR) metrics, and SaaS unit economics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A highly analytical and inquisitive work style with a keen attention to detail – but also ability to see the big picture
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Self motivation and resourcefulness

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or another relevant field. MBA a plus, but not required.
Experience with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite and Tableau
