Underpinning these partnerships is a robust Partner Platform which will provide enablers to streamline the integration of a partner into our business. Vonage is seeking to recruit a Product Manager to own the development and in-life management of these functions.

What you will do

  • Build, operationalise, and maintain partner integrations
  • Understand partners’ needs, identify pain points and inefficiencies, validate hypotheses, and prioritise solutions
  • Define end-to-end partner experience and distill into common enablers, working closely with other Product &  Engineering teams to deliver
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders (e.g. support, legal, operations, sales) are kept informed and that integrations are operating effectively
  • Monitor partner use to identify success and room for improvement
  • Create a strategic view on which partners and experiences to develop utilising internal data, industry trends, and market research
  • Meet partners, customers and prospects regularly to incubate ideas and validate product choices
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships via regular meetings, QBRs, etc.

What you will bring

  • An end to end perspective of delivering products to customers
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Experience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your work
  • Ability to: 
    • assimilate complex operational challenges 
    • summarise and articulate in simple form
    • create detailed business and technical requirements
    • work across diverse teams, engage with and inspire 
    • create an exceptional user experience  

What is required for application

Required 

  • Three years Product Management Experience or equivalent
  • Ability to translate feedback from multiple stakeholder groups into engineering requirements
  • Experience with APIs and Integrations between companies.
  • Technical understanding of enabler features such as authentication and provisioning
  • Comfortable working in a distributed team with autonomy
  • Adaptive communication skills, and a collaborative, cross functional working style
  • Experience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence and project management tools

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a ‘Partnership’ type role, ideally in a Product organisation
