We are seeking a Telesales Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Vietnam. A strong candidate for this role will have prior experience within the finance industry and proven success managing a Sales team as well as meeting KPIs and goals. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and oversee productivity and goals of Sales team of 5-10 employees 
  • Develop and deploy work plans and best Sales strategy for the department  
  • Process and implement management, training, and development of new sales/telesales staff to best educate and retain talent  
  • Support employees to handle difficult client conversations and train employees in communication skills as a whole  
  • Monitor, evaluate, report the goals and KPIs of each employee in the Department  
  • Responsible for meeting the Department’s Sales goals by day, weekmonth, and year while motivating employees to achieve and exceed goals 
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Training Department to update market information and promote the brand as a whole to create unique selling opportunities  
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to support recruiting and training employees  
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day sales operations locally 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as Sales/Telesales Manager 
  • College degree is required  
  • English fluency in writing and speaking is required  
  • Proven experience in managing Telesales team - proactively approach, consult, persuade, and speak to customers 
  • Experience managing client applications within insurance, real estate, finance, foreign exchange, or stocks 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Must be knowledgeable about social networks and other marketing tools  
  • Ability to self-motivate and proactively at work 
  • Enthusiastic, active, well-communicated, have good customer service 's mindset
