As a Graphic Designer, you will be delivering creative visual assets, static and motion designs, concepting and developing content for social campaigns. Working with our product, marketing, and development teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects. Taking ownership of projects, from concept through to completion. To be successful in this position, you will be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement engaging original design content: collaterals, digital media campaigns, emailers, newsletters, branding, website pages, presentations, and social media posts.
- Design static and dynamic banners for paid advertising channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and media partners
- Develop visual concepts in line with the internal creative brief and campaigns’ objectives.
- Fulfill general design requests, art-working, and day-to-day design needs.
- Monitor the progress of all projects, providing continuous status updates.
- Adhere to ThinkMarkets’ brand guidelines in all design projects.
- Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any other design related education certification.
- At least 5+ years graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Good understanding of the digital media and digital trends.
- Solid knowledge of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, and working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office.
- A solution oriented, collaborative, proactive individual with strong communication skills.
