We are actively seeking a dynamic Partnerships Operations Executive to join our team based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Operations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering frontline support and resolutions to our global partners, ranging from Affiliates to Introducing Brokers. Additionally, the role involves providing essential administrative support to internal commercial teams, contributing to the achievement of their goals. We are seeking an individual with a service-centric mindset, strong operational and time management skills, and a commitment to process-driven excellence.

 Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to partner inquiries, addressing topics such as commissions, system performance, Money Manager accounts, Partner Portal, and other general support-related questions within agreed SLAs.
  • Efficiently set up new partner accounts and accurately configure commission profiles within agreed SLAs.
  • Calculate and audit rebates for partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payouts.
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams, including Sales, Development, Risk, and Compliance, on various projects.
  • Act as a product expert on the Partner Portal, partnership offerings, Salesforce, and MT4/MT5.
  • Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to clients and management.
  • Monitor partner activities and ensure cohesion with global Partnership, Support, and Operations teams.
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures, and training plans.
  • Manage escalations to senior managers as appropriate.
  • Contribute ongoing feedback to management and participate in Group initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in partnership support within the financial or FinTech sector.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, ZenDesk, MT4, and MT5.
  • Familiarity with affiliate management software such as Etrass or CellXpert is advantageous.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated reliability and self-motivation.
