In this role, you will engage in the complete sales cycle, from reaching out to warm leads to reactivating dormant clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport effectively, and navigate seamlessly between interacting with retail clients and high-net-worth traders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities
- Covering late shifts from 15:00h to 00:00h
- Initiate sales conversations for CFD & FX trading through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
- Convert leads into active trading clients and reactivate inactive clients.
- Surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance to self-directed clients on platform usage, trading products, and services.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and client events as needed.
- Build and sustain client relationships, addressing disputes, complaints, and general inquiries.
- Offer feedback to the Marketing team and the business on campaign success and client requirements/trends.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within LATAM
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in financial markets sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
