We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Dubai. This pivotal role will be integral to a new business line, focused on funded trader programs. We specialize in offering pioneering evaluation programs and challenge accounts to aspiring traders and providing funding to those who successfully pass our evaluation process. This program provides a platform to traders where they can showcase their talent and potential and those who pass our challenges can earn healthy profit splits. With a focus on transparency, fairness, and support, we are dedicated to helping traders achieve their financial goals and succeed in the competitive world of trading.  

We're looking for a candidate who is data-driven and possesses a keen focus on technology and automation. They should have a background in spearheading global platform innovations and process automations. In this position, you will be pivotal in overseeing all operational and procedural aspects of the business line, collaborating closely with global client services, KYC, onboarding, and payments teams.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Take on a leadership role in the development and execution of the funded trader program. 
  • Continuously assess and improve program offerings to drive scalability and sustainability. 
  • Collaborate with the technology team to integrate and optimize systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with client services, onboarding, treasury, and various internal teams to drive success. 
  • Ability to implement real-time product and platform connectivity updates based on client risk profiling and trading behavior analysis. 
  • Understand and adapt existing processes and technologies to fully comply with the regional requirements.  
  • Coordinate and implement operational reporting processes; establishing KPIs and roadmaps to measure performance and growth. 
  • Knowledge of various bridge providers and tech platforms and a deep understanding of FX business needs. 

Requirements:   

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within the fintech or financial services industry. 
  • Master's or Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or a related field.   
  • Proficiency in English is essential 
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills 
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
