This role is for Liquidity.Net which is the institutional business of ThinkMarkets. Liquidity.Net is a global Liquidity provider, specializing in providing multi-asset trading solutions to Professional and Institutional clients around the world. We allow our clients to trade the world 24 hours a day. We use the latest technologies to give clients access to our proprietary liquidity via FIX and various front-end technologies.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing social media accounts and analyzing data. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and lead digital and offline marketing strategies, aligned to the business strategic plan and marketing budget, to acquire new customers
  • Analyse market research data to identify product positioning as well as monitor competitive market activity.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services
  • Execute the social media strategy and manage all social media platforms and messaging across global markets
  • Maintain and update the website with updates and new services
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Create and maintain brand messaging and positioning
  • Support and coordinate delivery of all marketing campaigns
  • Execute and oversee the marketing strategy using a variety of marketing tactics including SEO optimisation, email creations, social media, and branding.
  • Provide regular reporting on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, customer strategy and consumer insights.

Requirements: 

  • 2 years’ relevant experience in Marketing
  • Experience in the Financial Services and/or Fintech industry will be considered an advantage
  • Must be high language proficiency in English, other languages will be considered an advantage. 
  • Excellent writing skills, a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation, creativity, attention to detail, research skills,
  • Knowledge in any of following platforms will be considered a plus (Salesforce-Marketing Cloud or Hubspot, Marketo, (Analysis) Google Analytics (360), Campaign Manager, and (SEO) Google search console, SEMRush, ahRef, Data studio, Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask a variety of tasks and projects
