We're expanding our dynamic recruiting team and seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent. In this role, you'll collaborate with our global HR and Recruitment teams, catering to the resourcing needs of key business units. As a Senior Recruiter, leverage your expertise in data-driven recruitment to source talent through online channels, referrals, and proactive outreach. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within Financial Services. We value attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and an awareness of the latest recruitment trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with HR and senior leaders to comprehend internal hiring needs and objectives.
  • Manage and support the entire recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience across various departments and regions.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and distribute them on relevant online channels and internal recruitment platforms.
  • Identify target candidate profiles for open positions, actively scan the external talent landscape, and conduct headhunting activities to match desired criteria.
  • Stay ahead of recruiting trends through proactive research and developing innovative sourcing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Source and screen candidates for multiple job openings concurrently, utilizing various data-driven recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to filter candidates effectively and create applicant shortlists.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and provide regular reports on hiring outcomes and recruitment metrics.
  • Organize and participate in various recruitment events, both onsite and offsite, including industry events, job fairs, and conferences.
  • Demonstrate an agile mindset, ready to pivot and provide support in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of pertinent experience in Recruitment, with a focus on the Financial Services and/or FinTech industry.
  • Holds a BSc/MSc degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in utilizing various job boards and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn, JobsBG, etc.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Greenhouse and BambooHR.
  • Demonstrates outstanding planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strongly data-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and multicultural working environment.
