As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across all of our digital platforms, including our website, mobile app, and trading platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, design, and develop new features and enhancements for our digital platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate your design vision and enhance user experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure that designs meet business and technical requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team
- Design industry leading marketing and visual assets that follow our brand guidelines
- Utilize creative execution to clearly promote our products and services to the customer and to deliver on customer acquisition and engagement KPI’s.
- Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize data to continually evolve creative and messaging to deliver on KPI’s.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the finance or trading industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
- Experience working within financial services or trading is highly desirable
- Experience with creating prototypes and presenting ideas
- Experience with implementing micro interactions into web designs
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
- Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices – especially mobile.
Expert level experience in working with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Zeplin or similar
