We are seeking a Recruiter to join our rapidly growing global workforce based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be instrumental in finding the best technical talent to expand our growing IT and Engineering teams. This person will work closely with our US and London offices to achieve our ambitious hiring goals and ensure we are bringing on the right people. A successful candidate will be data-driven, eager to learn, and will stay up to date with new technology and recruitment trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coding challenges, final interviews, references, and offer extension
  • Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand internal hiring needs and goals
  • Create compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates with a variety of experience
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining communication throughout the interview process
  • Utilize the latest recruitment marketing knowledge to enhance our brand and attract the best talent
  • Actively manage the talent pipeline by identifying trends and leveraging knowledge and data to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies
  • Conduct interviews using reliable and data-driven recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates
  • Carefully assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and regularly report on hiring outcomes and recruitment metrics 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles in a financial services and/or trading environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • Expertise using various job boards and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, JobsBG, etc.)
  • Experience utilizing HRIS and ATS (BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.) to manage talent pipeline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to own projects from start to finish
