Reporting to the Director, Client Services, APJ, we’re looking for a Client Success Strategist, APAC with a background in digital marketing to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for key accounts here in APAC.

As a Client Success Strategist, you will combine your industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions, to drive continuous value. You will partner with strategic sales managers and account managers to develop and execute strategies that focus on using Similarweb data to solve for a specific customer need.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the APAC Strategic Pod means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all users on your assigned accounts
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with the Similarweb platform
  • Identify and mitigate account churn risks, implementing proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experience
  • Manage and expand long-term customer relationships, conduct multi-threading and ensure account longevity and renewals
  • Uncovering and identifying upsell opportunities during the customer’s lifecycle
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise across all Similarweb products and offering
  • Ensure our Strategic clients are engaged with us and understand the value on how our solutions can bring them towards achieving their business goals

Requirements: 

  • Has at least 5+ years of relevant consulting experience for clients in the following industries: CPG, Retail/FMCG, Financial services, B2B payments or logistics, Publishers & Media
  • Previous experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders in large organizations is a plus
  • Understands SaaS delivery metrics, in-depth knowledge in digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Demonstrates the ability to produce high quality client-facing materials and collaterals that drive results
  • Is highly skilled in Excel/ Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google slides
  • Exhibits strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Can manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
  • Native Chinese speaker
