We’re looking for a Client Success Strategist with a background in digital marketing to work with our Strategic French accounts to ensure they maximize their value from Similarweb’s solutions. You’ll partner with our account management and sales team to advise businesses on their strategy, demonstrate the full value of our solutions, drive product adoption and grow the scope of our relationship with each account.

To ensure that our clients are getting the most value out of our data, we need to be experts in every industry we work with. As a Client Success Strategist, you will combine your industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions, to drive continuous value to your clients. You will partner with Strategic Sales & Account Managers to develop and execute strategies that focus on using Similarweb data to solve for a specific customer need.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Be the primary point of contact for all users on your assigned accounts
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with the Similarweb platform, from prospects to active clients
  • Identify and mitigate account at churn risk, implement proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experience
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise across all Similarweb products and offering to support the pre-sale and post-sale processes
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption, advocacy, and expansion
  • Create and deliver decks, insight emails, client workshops and webinars to drive ROI and adoption across our solutions to help your clients achieve their business goals

This is a perfect role for someone who:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Agencies / Digital Marketing / Customer Success
  • Native French speaker 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Experience producing high-quality client-facing materials and collaterals that drive business impact
  • Committed to customer satisfaction with a passion for customer success
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Analytical, proactive, ownership mindset, relationship-driven 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project and deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent in English
