We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement in the Americas region. This role will report to the VP Sales Excellence.

As a Sales Excellence Manager for Americas, you will help leadership define the go-to-market strategy in the region, and lead execution by leading training, building playbooks, and managing various projects to upskill and set up the customer-facing teams for success.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Work with leadership to define account expansion and net new business strategies, identify operational gaps and opportunities, suggest solutions, and prioritize initiatives
  • Map skills gaps amongst the GTM team and develop a learning approach to strengthen expertise in those areas
  • Collaborate with the regional GM, sales leaders, and reps to continuously improve performance by building and implementing rigorous enablement programs and delivering training sessions
  • Own a role center of excellence: define what good looks like for Sales Manager or Account Managers, a day in the life, expectations, KPIs, and activities for the role
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve Ways of Working, build and implement playbooks, and manage essential cross-functional routines within the GTM organization
  • Own and lead the global agenda and excellence programs for the region
  • Serve as an internal thought leader on the topic of sales excellence and actively contribute to the organization's definition of best practices
  • Partner with GTM leadership and management to organize and deliver internal projects, initiatives, and events, including our annual GTM Summit

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced and credible salesperson (2+ years in F2F GTM roles) with proven success in target attainment in role discipline, preferably with Enterprise/ Strategic Sales experience closing large complex deals and managing large accounts
  • An expert in one or more of the core GTM role disciplines (SDR / Sales / Account Management)
  • Excellent problem solver with a passion and high acumen for content design and delivery
  • A clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as an engaging presenter exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. Bonus points if you love the stage and it loves you.
  • A strategic expert with the skills and ability to drive strategy and enablement end to end - from analysis and design to execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with senior leaders and lead sessions/discussions
  • Proactive, self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid environment
  • Worked in a top-tier management consulting firm - bonus
  • Enablement, sales ops, or sales excellence experience - bonus

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $83,840 to $172,400 + benefits including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.

Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
