Transportation Coordinator

About the Position:
This employee is responsible for providing transportation and supporting services to Mountainside clients and staff.
Schedule:
- Part Time Schedule - Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Your Role:
- Comply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements.
- Must drive safely and without incident
- Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations.
- Test vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation.
- Coordinate with Client Services team to arrange pickup and transport of new admissions, current clients or groups on an as-need or scheduled basis.
- Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles, and help them with any luggage.
- Complete accident reports when necessary.
- Perform errands such as delivering or picking up mail and packages.
- Must drive safely and without incident
- Provide weekly schedule of availability
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
- Valid Clean Driver's License - Required
- 1 year experience in customer services setting - Preferred but not Required
- Strong interpersonal skills - Required
Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
