Part-Time Outpatient Clinician (Weekends)

About the Position:
The Part-Time Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit of each client. The Part-Time Outpatient Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed. The Part-Time Outpatient Clinician may maintain a small client caseload as needed.
Schedule:
Friday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM (Optional)
Saturday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Sunday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Your Role:
- Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
- Maintain a small client caseload as needed/assigned.
- Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
- Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed.
- Provide crisis management as needed.
- Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required.
- Holds and maintains independent licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York, required.
- Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.
Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is not a fee-for-service position.
