What is the team like? 

The HR Operations team is the one of the key pillars within the HR team at InMobi. The team works across Group companies and geographies to ensure best in class employee experience for all InMobians. 

Position Overview 

As part of our digital transformation project in HR we are looking at automating key processes that currently requiring a lot of manual interventions. Such automations are high impact projects that can help stakeholders deliver faster and with less errors. 

Scope of Work 

  • Write macros on O365 suite to automate manual interventions 
  • Create VBA apps to auto-generate results 

What we require from you 

  • 2-3 years of experience in Advanced Excel, data management 
  • Understanding of HR Systems, data and processes 
  • Proficient in analytical and data handling skills along with HR Ops experience 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset to push innovative boundaries 
  • Proficient in reporting automation 

Job skill requirement 

  • Familiarity with VBA, Advanced Excel and O365 suite 
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, SFTP integrations 
  • Proficient in reporting automation
