The InMobi Story

We like big challenges. Building a new company in 2007 was no ordinary task. As the recession hit, the iPhone was born and launched a revolution. Mobile advertising wasn’t yet a thing, other than SMS, and venture capital funding was hard to come by for four guys in India.

Yet with passion, foresight, and conviction – InMobi charted its own course, helping to transform the way consumers engage with their phones and create today's booming app economy wherein consumers now spend 4.2 hours per day.

After sixteen years of innovation, our end-to-end advertising software platform, connected content, and commerce experiences have formed a powerful engine for growth that activates audiences, drives real connections, and diversifies revenue for companies around the world.

Our global organization of InMobians are excited to continue discovering and developing impactful technologies that will continue to transform people, businesses, and society across different advertising ecosystems.

Overview

The InMobi Product Partnerships team oversees relationships with all ad tech ecosystem and strategic product partners globally and is responsible for helping build new strategies through the development of these partnerships. These deep and collaborative partnerships within the ad tech ecosystem will allow us to grow InMobi’s Exchange and Publisher Platform, while gaining a competitive edge.

These strategic partnerships work at the platform level to help us to assist advertisers in measuring performance of their campaigns and tag attribution. They, therefore, directly correlate to how advertisers use InMobi Exchange to run their campaigns and measure performance and return on ad spends.

We are focused on discovering and understanding emerging technologies in the ad tech world, building concrete partnerships with organizations that are developing these new technologies. The key objective is to support the growth of InMobi’s market share and further develop our reputation as being an industry leader in the in-app mobile marketing space.

You will work closely with InMobi's suite of products as well as with crucial key stakeholders and business teams. You will help identify the right partners to fit InMobi by continuously researching, assessing, and meeting with potential partners, while using industry data and insights to inform decisions. You will work strategically with respective partners to influence business outcomes for our clients and InMobi overall.

In this role, you will report into the Director of Growth and Partnerships, who is based out of Bangalore, and be a part of a 3-member team that is based out of the Bangalore and US offices.

  • Vet new ecosystem/product partnerships or work with existing partners to make these key strategies a success.
  • Run all the existing ecosystem/product partnerships with focus on deeper org level connect, new product/feature enabling, co-marketing opportunities, commercials revisit, joint GTM.

  • This is a very cross functional role so internally you will be working very closely with the Customer Success teams, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Legal, Finance and the business leadership.

The Experience You’ll Need:

You are passionate not only about solving problems, but about getting to the heart of them to solve the best way, not just any way. You have the drive and tenacity to get the job done, and to inspire your team members to do the same. You have experience of working in an extremely fast-paced and fluid environment where ideas can be obsolete within 6 months or less. You are hands-on in solving business challenges and can prioritize ad hoc tactical asks alongside strategic inputs.

  • 5+ years of ad tech platform experience either with an Exchange or DSP directly
  • 2+ years of experience working with product or technology partnerships, ideally in a platform/SaaS environment
  • Ambitious and driven professional with a solution mindset, strong analytical and qualitative skills, and ability to negotiate complex partnership contracts

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
