Position Summary:

As the Manager of Salesforce Business Process, you will be responsible for building, assessing and modifying new and existing business processes to support our growing global marketing, sales and customer success teams. You will lead the transformation of our global lead-to-order and order-to-cash processes, partnering with our internal product and development teams to reconfigure Salesforce and other tools in our technology stack to support these new initiatives. You will act as a liaison between business and technology, consulting with our revenue teams to find solutions to improve their sales process and translate those to systematic and automated workflows. You have an eye for unlocking productivity, realizing efficiencies and streamlining critical business process flows and integrating cross-system architecture to drive revenue results.

This role is part of the Global Revenue Operations team which sits under the Finance & Operations team.

 

What will you be doing:

  • Own Inmobi’s marketing and sales technology stack end-to-end
  • Leverage expertise in platforms and operational processes for lead-to-order and order-to-cash initiatives
  • Manage and support the architecture, design, build and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • Partner with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales and customer success to streamline business processes, identify efficiencies and improve productivity of our revenue teams
  • Translate business needs to systematic and automated solutions, meeting with cross functional business units to define requirements and understand downstream impact of proposed changes
  • Leverage expertise in Salesforce data hierarchy and orchestrate all data management and integrity initiatives related to Salesforce
  • Lead ongoing evaluation of revenue enablement tools, managing vendor relationships and negotiating on Inmobi’s behalf
  • Create process documentation, training materials and all communications related to new policies, process, and procedures

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)
  • Minimum 7 years designing integrations between Salesforce/CRM and other downstream applications including order management, CPQ and ERP
  • Expert project manager, business analyst, and technology implementor
  • Experience developing and communicating business requirements and translating those to systematic and automated solutions
  • Experience with product catalog creation and development
  • A comprehensive understanding of marketing automation and how it interacts with the sales process and Salesforce
  • Good mix of technical and commercial acumen, ability to provide technical support and communicate complex concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a global team of employees and/or consultants
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort, and is motivated to drive performance
  • Ad tech, mobile and programmatic advertising experience a plus!
