What will you be doing?
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you would oversee integrations with advertisers, exchanges and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products to develop innovative solutions and overcoming technical obstacles presented by customers. You would be responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of the assigned integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary requirements and technical guidance. You will actively shape the business with your technical expertise, customer focus and passion using InMobi advertising solutions. You will:

  • Engage directly with partners, clients and internal stakeholders to provide pre- & post-sales advisory using technical expertise.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for all accounts, by setting expectations and anticipating and resolving client technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Use your deep technical understanding of our products to drive successful customer adoption
  • Act as internal liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams along with managing client expectation and communication.
  • Manage customer product deployments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate key market and customer requirements from the field to Product/Engineering teams.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and products and become a key resource for all client technical issues.
  • Demonstrate a passion for developing and deploying best practice technical sales and support processes in a high-growth environment.

What do we require from you?

  • 3-6 years of experience working in global teams in tech, with significant exposure to mobile and programmatic ad tech ecosystem (buy and sell-side)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong obsessions towards customers, quality & processes.
  • Relevant prior experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical account management; mobile and/or internet advertising is preferred
  • Prior experience with a few client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5
  • Relevant skills on different databases like Postgres, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience with app development (Android, iOS) is required
  • Experience with Java, .NET, Perl/Python is a plus
