As a Salesforce Team Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled professionals who empower key business departments by automating day-to-day operations through the custom development of essential business systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive all the aspects of the implementation of Salesforce-based development projects at Acronis
- Provide technical leadership by example: define the architecture of Salesforce initiatives and projects; take active role in development (create flows/screens, define automation logic); review deliverables of team-members
- Gather and translate the business requirements of customers into technical requirements and relay the requirements to other team members
- Define and drive the implementation of engineering excellence principles
- Define and enhance internal planning and collaboration processes between business, other technical teams and salesforce team
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+years of experience as Product/Project/Team manager of CRM development teams
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as solution architect, administrator or developer
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (DB structure, sharing rules, roles/profiles, flows, WFRs, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, LWC, Aura, etc..)
- Ability to hire, mentor, and lead a team of developers and administrators
- Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and shape them into technical requirements for the team
- Good understanding of distributed system architecture and what is needed to run distributed systems
- Ability to plan software releases and present status updates to stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot and find the root causes, prepare RCA and deliver it to the key stakeholders
- Fluent English
